Come out to the Rio Grande Zoo on Saturday, August 2nd from 4:00 to 10:00pm for One Wild Night of music, dancing and fun, featuring Kathy Mattea and music from nine more fabulous groups! You’ll hear everything from blues to folk, bluegrass, Celtic, country and world music performed on seven different Zoo stages for this all-new event! Grammy-winning singer Kathy Mattea (Country/Folk) takes center stage on the main band shell at 7:30pm. Well-known singer of 18 Wheels and a Dozen Roses, Where've You Been and Love at the Five & Dime, Mattea sings a wide variety of music from country to folk and bluegrass to gospel. Learn more!

One Wild Night tickets are available from any BioPark cashier (at the Zoo or at the Aquarium/Botanic Garden) daily from 9am until one-half hour before closing. Or buy tickets on-line with a Visa or MasterCard! No telephone orders, please. Ticket prices are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors and older, and $5 for children 3-12 (children 2 and younger admitted free). No member discounts will be offered for this special event.
The Zoo will close at 3pm and re-open at 4pm the day of the concert. One Wild Night at the Zoo will take place--rain or shine! Bring blankets or lawn chairs for seating. Food is available for purchase on-site or bring your own. Beer and wine may be purchased on-site, but visitors may not bring alcoholic beverages into the facility.
