Supervise, assign, review and participate in the work of staff providing housing repair and remodeling of senior citizen housing; work with non-profit organizations to coordinate volunteers and solicit funding from external agencies and to perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned area of Senior Affairs.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business management, construction management or a related field, plus four (4) years construction management experience or a related field to include two (2) years direct supervisory experience in a management and/or administrative capacity. Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis. Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver’s License.

Necessary building materials and supplies needed for housing repair and remodeling projects
Address the public and present information in a clear, organized and convincing manner
Develop and administer section goals, objectives and procedures
Prepare clear and concise reports
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
