Policy
Responsibility for the websites www.cabq.gov and eweb.cabq.gov are as follows:

The Information Services Division (ISD) maintains and provides 24/7 security, support, and maintenance, on City of Albuquerque web servers. ISD helps enforce the policies, standards, and procedures established for City of Albuquerque websites.

Department Heads ensure that their department complies with all websites policies, standards, and procedures. Department heads ensure that all department content is current and accurate and that inquiries via the web are addressed in a timely fashion.

The Information Services Committee (ISC) approves website policy.

Vendors/Contractors who create or maintain web pages for the City of Albuquerque are required to follow all policies, standards, and procedures established for the City's websites.
