Policy | Paid advertising is not allowed on City of Albuquerque websites. Departments/Divisions may not enter into contracts which involve and/or negotiate for paid advertising on City websites. |
Rationale | This policy ensures a professional City of Albuquerque web presence that meets current conventions in government website management.
Federal guidelines prohibit advertising for or implying endorsement of private individuals, firms or corporations or any specific commercial products, commodities or services in the .GOV domain.
