| The City's standard product for Employee Internet Management ("Filtering") is Websense Enterprise EIM.
Pursuant to the City's Employee Internet Usage Policy, Internet access shall be blocked to sites in the following vendor-defined categories :
- Adult: Adult Content
- Adult: Nudity
- Adult: Sex
- Entertainment: MP3
- Gambling
- Games
- Illegal/Questionable
- Information Technology: Hacking
- Information Technology: Proxy Avoidance
- Information Technology: URL Translation
- Internet Communication: Web Chat
- Militancy/Extremist
- Racism/Hate
- Tasteless
- Violence
Pursuant to the City's Employee Internet Usage Policy, Internet access shall be blocked to sites in the following vendor-defined protocols:
- Network OS: daytime, finger, ident, pptp, SOCKS5
- Proxy Avoidance: all
Pursuant to the City's E-mail Usage Policy, Internet access shall be blocked to sites in the following vendor-defined category:
- Internet Communication: Web-based E-Mail
Pursuant to the City's E-mail Usage Policy, Internet access shall be blocked to sites in the following vendor-defined protocols:
- Mail and Collaborative Tools: IMAP, Microsoft HTTPMail, POP3
Pursuant to the City's Instant Messaging Policy, Internet access shall be blocked to sites in the following vendor-defined protocols:
- Instant Messaging/Chat: all
Pursuant to the City's Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Internet-based Applications Policy, Internet access shall be blocked to sites in the following vendor-defined protocols:
