Rationale | The Project Initiation Report (PIR) Standard provides a template for project managers to follow when initiating an Information Technology (IT) project. By following the PIR template, project management will be uniformly practiced in the city. The evaluation of projects by the Technical Review Committee (TRC) will be simplified by using the PIR. |
