Scope
| Applies to all City information technology (IT) procurements. |
Policy | Any standard IT commodity purchase which meets City-approved standards, regardless of cost, may be approved by the Information Technology Services Manager. A completed TRC form must be submitted for approval.
The IT Services Manager may, at his discretion, forward the request to the TRC/ISC for approval.
All City standard IT commodities will be identified in a standard. |
Rationale | Generally, City standard IT commodities do not require further in depth analysis or approval processes. |
